• We are now in-network with Ambetter Health, Peach State Health Plan Medicaid, Amerigroup Medicaid, Caresource Medicaid, and Georgia Medicaid! Any of our current members with either of these insurances will have their memberships discontinued at the beginning of May and will have their insurance billed for services from then on.

Membership plan updates

• Membership plans are no longer contracts! This allows people the flexibility to stop, change or transfer services as needed. There are no cancellation fees; just send us an e-mail to info@in-sightpsych.com or send a message to your provider in the patient portal, and we will discontinue the automatic charges to the card you put on file.

• The Blue membership plan now includes 6 secondary sessions for new members as opposed to 5 secondary sessions.

• Eligible clients are now able to upgrade their membership plans as stated in the updated policy. Ineligible clients must still pay for additional sessions if they run out during their membership term.

• Existing clients are able to choose a different membership plan after their term ends. The existing membership plans have been amended to include existing members.

• Updates to membership plans apply to all current members! We want to make sure that these positive changes not only benefit new clients but our existing clients as well!

Ketamine Updates

• Ketamine Initiation no longer includes the follow-up visit after treatment is over. Once you’ve completed your course of medication, you will complete the follow-up questionnaires sent by your provider and either (1) complete a survey about your experience with home Ketamine if you do not plan to continue services OR (2) sign up for the Ketamine Maintenance Membership to see your provider for follow-up and to continue treatment

• After Ketamine Initiation, clients will have the option to enroll in Ketamine Maintenance Membership. Instead of paying $90 for each follow-up/maintenance visit, the membership is $75/month and covers your follow-up visit with the provider to renew your prescription! There is no cancellation fee if you want to discontinue Ketamine services; simply send an e-mail to info@in-sightpsych.com or send a message to your provider in the patient portal, and we will discontinue the automatic charges to the card you put on file.

Labwork requested by your provider

• We are partnering with Rupa Health to order labs for our patients at affordable prices. It is unfortunately very common for many Americans to not have a Primary Care Provider that they see yearly. However, your safety is still our top priority, and having regular labs drawn can be important depending on the types of medications your provider puts you on. We currently have created two bundles for labs, but we have the ability to add on additional testing not listed if necessary. Description of the bundles are as follows:

  • Basic Labs Panel

    • Includes: CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, and HgbA1C

    • Price: $31.20 + tax

  • Add-on Lab Panel

    • Includes: Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Folate, and Thyroid Panel

    • Price: $78.50 + tax

• Labs will be ordered to be drawn at a Labcorp facility, so you can simply locate the Labcorp nearest you and schedule for your labs to be drawn at a convenient time for you! 

• With Rupa, you are able to pay for your labs in full via credit/debit card, FSA and HSA. There is also an option to split your payment over 3-months if you don’t want to pay the full payment upfront!
